Raspberry Beer Punch Recipe

Servings 12 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar add more if you like it sweeter
  • Raspberry Schnapps to taste... but 1/2 cup or more is nice
  • 1/2 500 ml Bottle Raspberry Syrup ... about 1 cup
  • 6 Bottles Erdinger Weißbier Erdinger Weissbier or other Hefeweizen
  • 3 Bottles cold Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional-
  • Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large Punch Bowl or Pitcher...
  • Let the Frozen Raspberries thaw a bit, and mix with the Powdered Sugar.
  • Pour the Raspberry Schnapps and Raspberry Syrup over the Raspberries.
  • Let this sit for 20 minutes to come together.
  • Finally pour in the Erdinger Weißbier and Champagne/Sparkling wine.
  • Right before serving, add ice cubes.
